When a pump union collar fractures or splits, replacement becomes problematic due to adhesive bonding to the pipe.

This Split Nut Collar addresses that challenge directly, offering a practical solution for hot tub technicians and service professionals. Engineered with a Buttress collar design identical to heater union specifications, it enables collar replacement on 2" pump unions whilst preserving the original glued section intact.

The oversized construction accommodates various union sleeve diameters, allowing installation over existing components without requiring complete disassembly. Once positioned, the included fastening screw secures the collar, which then threads onto the pump assembly with the same mechanical action as factory-original components.

This approach eliminates costly replacement procedures and reduces labour time significantly.
