TERMS OF SERVICE - Trade Sales

Orders

Trade purchases are exempt from Consumer Contracts (formerly distance selling) regulations; There is no cooling off period. No refunds will be given.

Delivery

Order processing times vary according to products ordered. Smaller packages are shipped using a next day courier service. Bulkier items are to be collected from our UK warehouses. We offer alternative shipping options at additional cost.

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless the goods are faulty at time of collection / delivery or become faulty shortly afterwards. To return faulty goods it’s important you first authorise your return by sending us a support ticket . Once authorised, please send the item back to us please make sure you clearly mark your parcel with your order number, business name, together with the ticket number and authorisation RMA number, then return to:

Please ensure you retain proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit if no proof of delivery is available

Cancellations

Order Cancellations are not accepted unless agreed in writing. Special order and custom items may be subject to an order cancellation fee.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange any trade orders.

Missing, damaged or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please send us a support ticket immediately, quoting your business name, postcode, order number and detailing the problem with your items. 

If you don’t receive your items within 14 working days of receiving a Dispatch Confirmation email, please send us a support ticket quoting your name, postcode, order number, and we will open an investigation with the appropriate courier.
